We accept returns providing they are unworn, in a resalable condition with all tags still attached and are returned within 28 days of you receiving the item. Please contact us before returning an item. Refunds will be made by original payment method. We don't mind which method you use to return the goods, we'll leave that decision up to you, but if the goods do not arrive here, we are afraid that we can't accept responsibility for the loss. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on any item that has been altered specifically to a clients request (e.g. hemmed jeans)
If you are sending the goods from outside of the EEC, it is important that you mark the items as a return, please also declare the value at no more than USD30. If you do not do this, we will end up paying taxes and duties on the item for a second time around. Upon receipt of returned goods, DC4 will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the goods or give an exchange credit as required.
Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.
